48-hour guarantee
Every account purchased on Early Accs comes with a 48-hour guarantee starting from the moment of purchase. During this period, if an account is invalid or doesn't match the listing description, you can report it and receive a refund to your balance.
What is covered
- Account credentials don't work (wrong password)
- Account is banned, suspended, or locked at the time of delivery
- Account doesn't match the description (wrong country, missing 2FA, etc.)
- Account data is incomplete or corrupted
What is NOT covered
- Account banned after you logged in (due to wrong proxy, VPN, or suspicious activity)
- Password changed by you and then forgotten
- Reports submitted after the 48-hour guarantee period
- Issues caused by using shared/free proxies or incorrect login methods
- Accounts that worked at delivery but were later recovered by the original owner (check the Account Safety guide to prevent this)
How to report an invalid account
- Go to Dashboard → My Orders
- Find the order within the 48-hour guarantee window
- Click "Report" on the order
- Select the accounts that are invalid
- Describe the issue briefly
- Submit — our team will review and process the refund
Refund process
Approved refunds are credited to your Early Accs balance. You can use this balance to purchase other accounts immediately. Refunds are not processed to external wallets — only to your store balance.
Important
Always test your accounts as soon as possible after purchase. The 48-hour window starts immediately — don't wait until the last minute. Follow the Account Safety guidelines to avoid getting accounts banned after login.
