Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Early Accs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through your account balance. Deposits are made via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, and 100+ other cryptocurrencies) through NOWPayments. Accounts are delivered instantly upon purchase. Prices displayed include the platform commission.

4. 48-Hour Guarantee

All purchased accounts are covered by a 48-hour guarantee starting from the moment of purchase. During this period, you may report accounts that:

• Do not work (wrong credentials)
• Are banned, suspended, or locked at the time of delivery
• Do not match the listing description

The guarantee does not cover accounts banned after login due to incorrect proxy usage, VPN, or suspicious activity by the buyer. Reports submitted after the 48-hour window will not be processed. Approved refunds are credited to your platform balance only.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Use appropriate proxies matching the account's registered country
• Use anti-detect browsers or unique fingerprints for each account
• Test accounts immediately after purchase
• Report issues within the 48-hour guarantee period
• Do not use free VPNs or shared proxies

6. Seller Terms

Sellers must only upload accounts they legitimately own or have authorization to sell. All uploaded accounts are reviewed by our team before being listed. The platform charges a commission on each sale, which is added on top of the seller's set price.

• All accounts must be working at the time of upload
• Invalid account reports result in deductions from seller earnings
• Repeated quality issues may lead to listing suspension or account termination
• Duplicate accounts are automatically filtered during upload
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for withdrawals

7. Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw their earnings via supported cryptocurrency methods. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20. 2FA must be enabled to process withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24-48 hours. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in case of suspected fraud.

8. Referral Program

Users may earn commissions by referring new users through their unique referral link. Commission is calculated as a percentage of each purchase made by referred users. Self-referral or fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Uploading stolen, hacked, or unauthorized accounts
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Harassment of other users or staff
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Self-referral or referral fraud
• Automated scraping or abuse of platform APIs
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

Early Accs acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or long-term functionality of accounts sold by third-party sellers beyond the 48-hour guarantee period. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

11. Privacy

We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the platform (email, username). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments — we do not store cryptocurrency wallet information.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform. Remaining balances may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation.
